 Sieving machine is used to separate the baby fibres and other foreign materials from coir pith. We supply screeners with production capacities varying from 1 ton output to 10 ton output per 8 hours.

Squeezer
 Squeezer is used to remove the water content from washed pith by squeezing process. 30% water is removed during this process to enable quicker drying of pith. It is hydraulically operated with 1 pressing cylinder and 1 door - open / close cylinder. Our squeezers are available in different configurations and constructions to suit customers’ requirements.

 The press is horizontally constructed with dual chambers and hydraulically operated by two main cylinders and eight small cylinders used for clamping and declamping of the chambers. It is a continuous type press.

 The press has one chamber with one main cylinder and piston for compaction. It is horizontal in construction and a continuous type press. Seven small cylinders are used for clamp and declamp operations of the chamber.
